The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book, this one-day workshop addresses issues of organizational effectiveness and teamwork within the context of real business issues, avoiding esoteric and touchy-feely activities that plague too many workshops and off-site sessions. This Workshop also address the operational roots of politics and confusion, and provide specific tools for making better, faster decisions and achieving greater buy-in around them.

This highly interactive workshop incorporates two of the most effective tools available for bringing out the best in each team member and the team as a whole: the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment (MBTI) and the StrengthsFinder Assessment.
Each team member will receive his or her unique MBTI and StrengthsFinder reports and learn how they are alike (and distinct from) one another. The team will also receive instruction and coaching around how best to leverage each person’s personality type and strengths to make the team stronger.
