Coaching

Coaching is for leaders, managers, business owners and key team members who want to:

  • accelerate growth
  • tackle tough challenges
  • increase innovation
  • prepare for what’s next
  • maintain momentum
  • set and reach important goals

.
Our team of coaches is well-trained, seasoned and experienced at helping leaders from many industries and fields.  We provide coaching in four key areas:

Enterprise Coaching

Some organizations choose to leverage coaching across and throughout the organization by connecting strategic players, teams, and divisions with a coach.  Coaching at the enterprise level is aimed at sustained and synergistic results for the ones who are coached and for the company as a whole.  A typical enterprise coaching engagement last 9 to 24 months and involves at least three layers of talent.

Executive Coaching

For organizations who want to target coaching for a select few key players, we offer executive coaching.  Leaders, managers and key contributors who work with a coach will identify what’s next in terms of goals, growth, and desired results.  With a clear sense of direction established, the client will work with their coach bi-weekly to help identify the highest leverage actions for moving closer to their goals while maintaining momentum.

Team Coaching

Coaching at the team level involves coaching an intact team as a whole and the team members individually.  We have found that team coaching often starts with coaching a team to become a team (versus a group).  Once a team becomes well-functioning, the coaching aims at identifying strategic goals and growth opportunities for the team and then translating those to action at the individual level.  Team coaching often involves on-site coaching, group telephone coaching sessions, and individual telephone coaching sessions.

Career Coaching

Life and work are full of transitions.  The most successful professionals anticipate and create transition rather than react.  This is where career coaching comes in.  Our coaches can help high potentials, newly promoted, and other key players look at their long-term professional goals and identify the transitions and change needed to move toward those goals.  Career coaching often involves assessing a client’s core strengths and ambitions, identifying the skills and competencies needed for what’s next, and creating a development plan for inhabiting the next role.  Career coaching engagements often involve 4 to 12 months of intense work with a coach.
