Global Certificate in Leadership Coaching

This 60-hour program is 100% distance delivered over the course of 4 months in a cohort setting of no more than 20 participants.  Each participant benefits from webinar classes, one-on-one mentoring, group supervision, and limited self-paced learning that is extended over a period of time ideal for true skill development.

Coaching for Managers and Leaders

This two-day workshop can be hosted at your location, at an off-site of your choosing or at our lakeside retreat center in North Carolina.   This hands-on and highly energetic workshop is deal for managers who want to increase motivation among direct reports and create a team of problem solvers.  You will learn the basics of coaching and how to apply them as a manager, leader or supervisor.

Coaching QuickStart

This five hour workshop introduces groups from 5 to 100 participants to the basics of coaching and is supplemented by a 20-minute online presentation.  Participants learn what coaching is (and is not), receive training on some basic skills used in coaching, learn from a coaching demo, and roll up their sleeves to actually do some coaching with one another.  For more information, download our QS Overview (pdf).
