Our philosophy is that the effectiveness of any assessment is greatly enhanced when used in conjunction with coaching.  Our coaches know how to keep the focus on you and your growth, keeping the assessment in its place as a means for your growth and not as an end in itself.  We have found three assessments to to add high practical value to our clients:

 

High Performance Patterns

Based on the ground-breaking work of Dr. Jerry Fletcher, High Performance Patterns takes a narrative approach to discovering the consistent and unique sequence of specific actions an individual follows when achieving his or her personal best.  Knowing your HPP can help you perform at an even higher level by helping your make wiser choices concerning the best use your time and energy.  Our coaches are trained and experienced helping leaders at all levels uncover and leverage their HPP.

 

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The most widely used personality type instrument is trusted and valuable aid to personal development and growth.  Our corporate clients use MBTI to identify leadership potential among employees, design training for specific employee needs, facilitate team building, and help resolve conflicts between employees. Our individual coaching clients leverage the tool to help them increase their productivity, build relationships, and make solid life choices.  Several of our coaches are certified to administer and interpret the MBTI in both individual and group settings.

 

Live 360° for Leaders

When a leader wants to get an accurate view of  herself, it’s wise to turn to those around her.  To this end, we provide The Live 360° for Leaders, a process by which one of our executive coaches interviews the client’s supervisor(s), peers, direct reports and other stakeholders to help the client better understand how they are showing up in the workplace, what blind spots might have developed, and what are their best opportunities for growth and impact.
