The Global Certificate in Leadership Coaching prepares professionals to add value to organizations through coaching. This 60-hour program is delivered using distance learning technology and hands-on attention from our world-class coach trainers.

The focus of this program is on coaching for the benefit of organizations. The aim is to prepare participants to coach within organizations and/or provide coaching services to organizations. Ideal participants include HR professionals, trainers, managers, organizational development professionals and others who work with professionals in an organizational context.

This 60-hour program is 100% distance delivered over the course of 4 months in a cohort setting of no more than 20 participants. Each participant benefits from webinar classes, one-on-one mentoring, group supervision, and limited self-paced learning that is extended over a period of time ideal for true skill development. The course is approved by the International Coach Federation for 60 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH).

The Impact of the GCLC

“The GCLC has been the most rewarding learning experience for me. The learning approach, although virtual was highly engaging and the wealth of experience of all the facilitators made each interaction a valuable and rewarding one. In summary, the program has exceeded expectations on every front, the most important one being the human connection with each and every person on the program” Noleen, HR Director in Sydney, Australia

“I had some reservations about our global team participating in the virtual coaching program. Our team members are located in all three regions of the world from Sydney to Clovis, Califorina. While the schedule was admitedly challenging with the different time zones, our team was not only able to grow as HR professionals and further develop our coaching competencies, we also became much more adept at working virtually and grew as a team through this shared experience. The depth of the coaching expertise represented by iNTERNAL iMPACT and the guest speakers, provided a deep understanding of the value of coaching and leveraged the ‘learning by doing’ approach.” David, Senior VP of HR in Sweden
